1. Proper products: Firstly, make sure you have a good skincare regime that works for you. 3. Get your sweat on: Yes, I mean exercise. Exercising is one of the best ways to detox your body and expel any toxins from your body (through sweating!). Try to move every single day. Yoga is absolutely amazing for detoxing and it truly reflects in your skin. Even simply walking more and breathing in some fresh air everyday will do you good. Plus, think about those endorphins! Getting fit, getting glowing AND getting happy. Can it get any better?
4. Beauty oils: Using organic oils as a moisturizer is huge now, and for good reason. They are absolutely amazing, and truly work to nourish and repair your skin. Take the time to find the best oil for your skin; everyone is different, and if one doesn't work for you, don't hesitate to give a different kind a try. Please make sure whatever oil you buy is cold-pressed and organic. Some great oils to consider are rosehip oil, argan oil, seabuckthorn oil, tamanu oil, avocado oil...there are so many great ones out there.
5. Smile: Can being happy improve your skin? Absolutely. Learn to accept that your skin won't always be picture perfect and understand that it's nothing you need to blow out of proportion. Be happy with who you are, know that you're beautiful, and just forget about it. The way we feel about ourselves reflects through our face, so be confident and smile often.
